1. Services
checkyourhoroscope.com provides astrological calculations, and offers natal charts based on those calculations.
Disclaimer. checkyourhoroscope.com is a tool for self-reflection and entertainment. Nothing produced by or published on checkyourhoroscope.com constitutes medical, legal, financial, or professional advice, and nothing here is a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. You accept full responsibility for how you interpret and use the data provided.
2. Privacy & personal data (GDPR & CCPA)
We value your privacy and operate on a minimal data principle.
- Data collection. To provide chart and forecast services, we require your email address and, where relevant, birth details (date, time, and location).
- Storage. We store your order details and generated reports only temporarily. Order records (in the application database) and generated PDF files (in storage) are automatically deleted after 7–30 days.
- IP addresses. We do not store IP addresses in our application database. Cloudflare processes IP addresses transiently as part of routing and DDoS protection — see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for their handling.
- Compliance. We aim to align our practices with the principles of the GDPR and CCPA. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
3. Cookies & tracking
- Our policy. checkyourhoroscope.com does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not monetise these pages with third-party adverts, which we believe lower the quality of the content on the page.
- Third parties. We use PayPal for secure payment processing. When you interact with the PayPal checkout button, PayPal may use cookies or collect data necessary to complete the transaction. Please refer to PayPal’s Privacy Policy for details.
4. Security
We use Cloudflare as our global cloud platform. Cloudflare acts as a protective reverse proxy, providing security against DDoS attacks and ensuring site reliability. Your connection to this site is encrypted via SSL (HTTPS).
5. Payments & refunds
- Provider. All payments are handled securely by PayPal. We never see or store your credit card or bank details.
- Digital products. Because charts and forecasts are generated and delivered immediately, refunds are not generally offered once a report has been produced. If there is a technical error in your file, please email [email protected] and we will resolve it.
6. Age requirement
By using this site and purchasing reports, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
